Crankshaft journal wear can cause engine failure. Therefore, its timely and correct restoration is necessary. We grind worn or damaged crankshaft journals and prepare surfaces for subsequent sandblasting. Then, without heating the crankshaft, we spray on the surface a base layer based on molybdenum at a low temperature (40-50 °), then apply a wear-resistant coating on top. Finally, the neck is ground to the required size and polished. The surfaces of the journals of the shafts repaired in this way become harder and more durable than the original ones.
